MUMBAI: The Dr. Dwarkanath Kotnis Memorial Committee and the Consulate General of China in Mumbai will commemorate and pay homage to the legendary medico Dr. Dwarkanath Shantaram Kotnis on the event of his eightieth loss of life anniversary, an official stated right here on Friday.
