The NIA staff seized Rs 5.5 lakh from one such account. The staff additionally recovered Rs 1 lakh that Gopi had stashed away, elevating the whole restoration to Rs 7,80,000 on this case. This amount of money and the Innova automobile have been seized as ‘proceeds of terrorism’ beneath the provisions of 25 UA (P) Act by the NIA.
