No rule of law under Modi, country being run as dictatorship, says Kharge


NEW DELHI: Congress president and chief of opposition within the Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge on Monday stated that there isn’t a rule of regulation beneath Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
