A case has been filed towards the resort operator for accommodating overseas nationals with out well timed registration by Siform. A case was registered towards P Zaheer of Sabina Manzil, Cheruvannur Kolathara, Kozhikode below the Foreigners Act. The foreigners had been accommodated in a resort known as Safari Hills and Builders in Vaithiri, Charity, with out registration. The regulation requires foreigners to register in C type on-line and report the data to the police.
14 residents from Saudi, Yemen and Oman had been accommodated. The investigation was led by SIs C Ramkumar, M Saujal, SCPO Abdullah Mubarak and Vineesh.
