Thiruvananthapuram> Ernakulam þ 43.676 km on Sabarimala Highway. Minister G Sudhakaran knowledgeable that the state freeway has been ordered to make 21.55 km street on Muvattupuzha – Alappuzha street. The stated roads had been presently included within the class of main district roads. These roads come below Ernakulam, Muvattupuzha and Kottayam Public Works Divisions.
From Nadakkavu below Ernakulam Division to Pepathi Junction and from Pepathippara below Muvattupuzha Division to Piravom PO. The Ernakulam-Sabarimala street covers the sections from Oliyapuram to Perumkutty and from Perumkutty to Pala in Kottayam division.
The roads from Piravom Highway Junction to Anchalpetty below Muvattupuzha Division, from Piravom Hospital Junction to Moolakulam and from Moolakulam to Peruva Junction in Kottayam Division have been included within the Muvattupuzha-Alappuzha Highway. With this order, the 154.611 km lengthy Ernakulam-Sabarimala street and the 82.998 km lengthy Muvattupuzha-Alappuzha street have been totally upgraded to state highways. Sudhakaran knowledgeable.
