Paav Bhaji Recipe: Pav Bhaji You may have tried many places, but in Marathi style, Pav Bhaji has its own fun, make this special recipe, note?

But it is made in every state of the country and is eaten with great fervor by the people. But the taste of Pav Bhaji in Marathi style is unique. Today we are teaching you how to make pav bhaji in Marathi way.

-2 tbsp oil
-4 butter pieces
– 1 cup onions (cut into pieces)
-1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-1/2 cup gourd cut into pieces
– 1/2 cup capsicum

-1 cup Potatoes chopped into pieces
-1/2 cup Chakundar
-1 tsp chili powder
-3 tsp pav bhaji masala
-1 tsp red chilli powder
-1/2 cup tomato puree
-1 cube butter
-A bunch of coriander leaves

To make pav
-Pav Bhaji Masala

The way to make pav bhaji in Marathi style is as follows…

First heat a pan and add pieces of butter to it. Now add onion and fry it till it becomes golden brown. After this add ginger garlic paste. Now add green coriander with chopped gourd and mix it well, after that add a cup of chopped potatoes and mashed it well, add chopped chakundar, add salt, red chili powder and pav bhaji masala.

Now after adding tomato puree to it, add butter and green coriander and let it cook. Mix all the vegetables well. Take your vegetable is ready. Now you can test it with Pav.
