JERUSALEM: Palestinian fighters fired a rocket into southern Israel early Saturday after two months of peace alongside the Gaza-Israel border. The Israeli navy stated air protection programs intercepted the missile. The programs activated warning sirens at Ashkelon. There isn’t any report of any casualty throughout this era.
To date, no Palestinian group has claimed accountability for the rocket launch. Israel usually blames the Hamas group for such assaults from its occupied Gaza Strip. Earlier on Friday, Israeli forces launched an assault within the West Financial institution, killing three Palestinians and injuring eight others. It’s believed that rockets had been fired from Gaza, probably in response to this assault.
