“A police complaint has already been filed and Air India remains committed to assist law enforcement agencies as well as regulatory authorities.”

The airline stated it has reported the matter to aviation regulator DGCA for additional motion. “As a first step, Air India has banned the passenger for 30 days, reported the matter to DGCA for further action,” the spokesperson stated.
