Paneer 500 gms
1 bowl of peas
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp nigella seeds
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 onion (sliced)
4 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 small bowl curd
2 tablespoons dry mango powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon sugar (if desired)
Water as required
Oil as per need

Method of making
First of all, place the oil in a pan on medium heat for heating. As soon as the oil is hot, add fennel, fenugreek seeds, fennel and cumin and fry it. As soon as they crackle, add onions and green chilies and fry them As soon as the onion becomes light golden, add ginger-garlic paste and fry it while stirring.

Mix yogurt, turmeric, mango powder, red chili powder, sugar and salt. When the masala is well roasted and starts leaving oil, then add peas and paneer. Add a little water and cook for about 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Achari Matar Paneer is ready. Serve with hot naan.
