Vijayawada: An plane carrying Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy made an emergency touchdown at Gannavaram airport on Monday night, reportedly as a consequence of a technical snag.
The chartered plane through which the Chief Minister and senior officers had been touring to New Delhi returned to the airport, round half-hour after take-off.
The plane took off at 5.03 pm and returned to the tarmac at 5.27 pm. It made a secure touchdown.
