Varanasi (UP): Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Friday, gifted 28 initiatives price Rs 1,780 crore to his parliamentary constituency, Varanasi.
The initiatives embrace a ropeway that may ease site visitors congestion and different infrastructure initiatives together with ATC tower at Lal Bahadur Shastri Worldwide Airport, 2 MW solar energy plant at water works premises, Bhelupur; 800 KW solar energy plant at Konia Pumping Station; new Group Health Heart at Sarnath; infrastructure enchancment of business property at Chandpur and rejuvenation of temples of Kedareshwar, Vishweshwar and Omkareshwar Khand Parikrama.
Talking on the event, the Prime Minister stated that Varanasi had emerged as a brand new vacationer vacation spot with elevated air connectivity.
He stated that the vacationer site visitors had elevated prior to now few years attributable to availability of higher amenities within the holy metropolis.
