The Supreme Courtroom directed the Madras Excessive Courtroom to rethink the petition filed by O Panneerselvam questioning his expulsion from the AIADMK and take a call inside three weeks. The courtroom directed the Edappadi Palaniswami faction and the Panneerselvam faction to not move new resolutions by the General Council and to proceed with the established order.
The Madras Excessive Courtroom had earlier rejected the Panneerselvam faction’s demand to cease the AIADMK basic council assembly. Attributable to this, the Supreme Courtroom was approached. The Paneerselvam faction alleged that the assembly was known as with out following the procedures.
