Siddaramaiah, who was talking on the ‘Shoshitara Jagrati Samavesh’ (convention of the oppressed) organized by the Karnataka Exploited Oppressed Caste-Neighborhood Federation and the Karnataka State Backward Caste Federation in Chitradurga on Sunday, stated, “The tall claims that the BJP makes , he did not do this. Invite poor Draupadi Murmu, who belongs to the oppressed class, to the inauguration of the Parliament. Regardless of being the custodian of the Structure, she (known as ‘Avalu’ in singular) was not invited. He was not even invited for the inauguration of Ram temple a day earlier. Then, they hold saying that Siddaramaiah is anti-Hindu. I’m not towards anybody. I’m a supporter of humanity.”

Criticizing Siddaramaiah for addressing the President in singular, Joshi stated, “Mr Siddaramaiah, you came to power on the slogan of Ahinda, Nari Shakti. Do you give the same respect to a woman president coming from a tribal community?”

Taking to social media, Joshi stated, “Expensive Siddaramaiah, I actually do not perceive what has occurred to you and your occasion! You’ve gotten confirmed repeatedly that you’ve the utmost disrespect for the Structure and those that characterize it within the highest positions. This can be very disrespectful for a lady to handle the President within the singular. That is all of the extra surprising and disappointing coming from a legislation pupil such as you. Both training has eluded you or you might be rising outdated. I ponder which one it’s! Neither age nor expertise is mirrored in your phrases and actions!

Additional attacking Siddaramaiah, Joshi stated, it appears there’s a race within the Congress occasion to situation derogatory remarks towards the nation’s first citizen. He stated, “Then there was Adhir Ranjan Choudhary and now it is your (Siddaramaiah) turn.”

“Not only this, recently, a group of your coalition partners were banned from Parliament proceedings for mocking the Vice President. Now, you address the President in single words. Is this your culture and decency?” Joshi stated.

“Watch your tongue. The result of this arrogance and stubbornness will be the destruction of your party. CM Siddaramaiah, who cites the Constitution on every platform, should take back his words and accept his mistake. This irresponsible behavior is dangerous for democracy,” Joshi claimed.

After the controversy escalated, Siddaramaiah stated that he’s saddened by this growth.

“The respected President also belongs to the oppressed class like me. I have a lot of respect for him. I should not have referred to him in the singular. It happened accidentally while addressing the gathering,” he stated.
