The Lok Sabha Secretariat has issued a notification canceling the membership of the senior Congress chief and Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi. It might be famous that yesterday, the Surat Periods Courtroom convicted Rahul Gandhi within the Modi surname case and sentenced him to 2 years’ imprisonment. Whereas granting him bail, the courtroom had given him 30 days time in order that he may enchantment within the greater courtroom.

At this time, the Lok Sabha Secretariat issued a notification by which it’s written that Mr. Rahul Gandhi who’s the Member of Parliament from Wayanad Lok Sabha seat of Kerala has been convicted by the Surat Courtroom in a case of 2019, on account of which his membership of the Lok Sabha is cancelled. Their membership is canceled from the day of their conviction i.e. March 23. This motion has been taken on Rahul Gandhi beneath Section 8 of the Illustration of the People Act, 1951.
