Rice flour – 1/4 cup

Onions – 3 to 4

Ginger paste – 1 tsp

Green coriander – 2 tbsp

Ajwain – 1/4 tsp

Curry leaves – 8-10

Step 1: First lower the onion into skinny slices.

Step 2: After this, finely chop inexperienced chili and inexperienced coriander.

Step 3: Now take a giant bowl and add chopped onion in it together with chopped inexperienced chillies, coriander leaves, pink chilli powder, cumin powder, carom seeds, turmeric, ginger paste and salt as per style and blend nicely.

Step 4: After mixing the onion and all of the spices nicely, add gram flour and rice flour and blend it. Use water solely when wanted.

Step 5: Now put oil in a pan and warmth the oil on low flame. When the oil is sizzling, make pakoras from the onion combination and put them within the oil.

Step 6: For those who put extra amount of pakoras in oil pan, then they won’t fry correctly. Fry the pakoras on medium flame until they flip golden.

Step 7: After this take out the onion pakoras in a plate. Equally make all of the pakoras. Serve sizzling pakoras in a plate with tea. Benefit from the monsoon season with it.
