Paneer – 150 grams
Whole pepper – ten to fifteen
Ginger – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tbsp
Whole coriander – 1 tbsp
Whole dry red chili – three
Onion – a large
Tomato – a large
Red, green and yellow bell pepper
Roasted Masala – 130 grams
Spoon water – two large cups
Curd – 1 कप2 cup
Salt – as per taste
Method of preparation:
First of all, add garlic, whole coriander, whole black pepper and dry red chilli in hot oil and fry them till they turn golden.
After this, add red, green and yellow capsicum and onion and cook for five minutes.
– Now add roasted spices and water as needed.
Now put the whipped curd in it. Now add tomato and cheese pieces and cook it.
