To make desi pulao, soak the rice after washing it. Then first lower the greens. Warmth oil in a cooker and add entire spices, fry it until it turns golden brown. Then add asafoetida, ginger-garlic paste and salt to it. When onions are fried, add tomatoes and peas to it. Now add turmeric, crimson chili powder and coriander powder to it. Combine it properly. Put the soaked rice within the cooker. With this add water to it and blend it properly. Now add ghee and shut the lid of the cooker. Change it off after two whistles. After the cooker cools down, open it and serve it garnished with inexperienced coriander.
