Seven-year-old girl breaks Guinness World Record for swimming in Vembanad Lake

Kothamangalam> Seven-year-old Jewel Mariam Basil breaks Guinness World File for swimming in Vembanad backwaters. The jeweler swam 4 km from Cherthala to Vaikom Kolothumkadavu market in a single hour and 53 minutes. The swim began at 8.10 am on Saturday within the presence of Dalima Jojo MLA. At 10.03 this infant achieved the objective.
