Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed is the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi

Manama > Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi and President of the UAE, has issued a decree appointing Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed because the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.

Sheikh Khalid is the eldest son of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Born on January 8, 1982 in Abu Dhabi, he holds a BSc in Worldwide Relations from the American University of Sharjah and a PhD in Warfare Research from the distinguished King’s Faculty London in 2014.

In 2015, he grew to become the Chairman of the Nationwide Fee for Safety of Digital Administration. In 2016, Sheikh Khalid was appointed because the Chairman of the State Safety Division with the rank of Minister and on 16 January 2017 because the Deputy Nationwide Safety Advisor with the rank of Minister. Appointed as a member of the Abu Dhabi Government Council and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Government Workplace in 2019. In 2021, he grew to become a member of the board of administrators of the nationwide petroleum firm ADNOC.

He’s the creator of the ebook ‘Three Islands: Mapping of UAE-Iran Dispute’ printed in 2013.

He married Sheikha Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan in December 2008 and has one son and two daughters.
