Environmentalist Sonam Wangchuk ended her 16-day lengthy starvation strike after the Middle was able to resume talks on calls for together with the inclusion of Ladakh within the Sixth Schedule of the Structure. Sonam Wangchuk and her group had been detained by the police who stopped the march from Ladakh to Delhi demanding that the Union Home Ministry be prepared for talks on the Singhu border. The starvation strike was held at Ladakh Bhavan after the central government-controlled Delhi Police denied permission to strike at Jantar Mantar.
