Raipur> A video of scholars consuming beer in Chhattisgarh college is out. The incident passed off in a authorities college in Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh.
Officers mentioned the video was shot on July 29. Bilaspur District Education Officer (DEO) TR Sahu mentioned that within the video that went viral on social media, it was clear that the scholars had been consuming beer and delicate drinks.
