London> LDF UK & Ireland is organizing a cultural debate on March 7, bringing together prominent Malayalam cultural leaders. Prominent writers like Zachariah, Sachidanandan and Sunil P Ilayidam will explain in the dialogue with the expatriates why the Left Front government is needed in Kerala. Surely the relevance of the Left Front campaign slogan of the LDF will be a matter of debate.
The LDF UK & Ireland was formed under the auspices of the Left Democratic Front in Kerala by the CPI (M) UK & Ireland component AIC, the Kerala Congress (M) Pravasi organization Pravasi Kerala Congress and other Left Democratic Front constituents.
CPI (M) leader MV Govindan and Kerala Congress leader Roshi Augustine inaugurated the Left Front’s campaign in the UK and Ireland.
Last week, a forum was set up for expatriates to interact with leaders including Finance Minister Thomas Isaac and Thomas Chazhikadan MP. The Left Front is still preparing a number of events as part of its campaign. Thiruvananthapuram Mayor Arya Rajendran and Rashmitha Ramachandran will be holding a women’s conference and a media seminar with prominent media personalities in the coming weeks.
