Swati Maliwal Assault Case: Delhi Police took accused Bibhav Kumar, arrested within the Maliwal assault case, to the residence of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday. Aam Aadmi Party's Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal has complained of assault and misbehavior towards CM Arvind Kejriwal's PA Bibhav Kumar. He has filed an FIR towards Bibhav Kumar relating to this. After the grievance, Delhi Police has began investigating the matter. Following Maliwal's grievance, Delhi Police registered a case beneath sections 308 (try and commit culpable murder), 341 (confinement), 354B (assault or prison drive on a girl with intent to disrobe) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) on the Civil Strains police station. An FIR has been registered beneath sections 506 (prison blackmailing), and 509 (utilizing phrases, expressions or doing any act meant to outrage the modesty of a girl).

Police seized CCTV digital video recorder from CM residence
