Tahwwur Rana, accused of Mumbai attack, India being brought from America, will take NIA

Earlier, Rana was demanding to cease his extradition and give up to India to the litigation (together with the top of all of the appeals) on the idea of the merit-demerits of his petition on 13 February.

He argued that India is a violation of its extradition American regulation and the United Nations anti -torture conference, as it’s at risk of torture in India. Nonetheless, the courtroom didn’t settle for these arguments.
