Tejashwi calls Nitish’s decision to lockdown ‘show off’, LJP demands handover of healthcare to army

After the decision to impose a lockdown by May 15 on the growing cases of corona in Bihar, politics has started on it. RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has targeted Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, showing the Nitish Kumar government’s decision to lockdown. On the other hand, Chirag Paswan’s party Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) has demanded the handing over of the Health Services Army in Bihar. Tejashwi Yadav slammed the government over the lockdown decision without naming anyone.

As soon as Nitish Kumar announced the lockdown by tweeting, Tejashwi tweeted from his official Twitter handle and wrote, ‘For 15 days, the entire opposition had been demanding a lockdown, but’ Chhote Saab ‘had passed the order of his’ Bade Saheb’. Were not to lockdown until 2 May. Now when the infection spread from village to village, people are showing off. In this crisis, come out of low-level gimmick and politics, come hawk.

Here, MP Chirag Paswan’s party LJP has demanded that the Health Services of Bihar be handed over to the army. The LJP issued a statement saying that the responsibility of healthcare should be entrusted to the army. The Bihar government should be ashamed of the health system. The central government should send the army to Bihar, because the health system in Bihar has collapsed.

A lockdown has been imposed in Bihar from May 5 to May 15 in connection with the ever increasing case of corona. The Bihar government has also issued a guideline regarding this.
