The fortunate winner of the Rs 10 crore first prize within the Life Vishu bumper lottery couldn’t be discovered on the second day. The ticket quantity LB430240 bought by Rajan from Maniyur was eligible for the prize. He bought 30 tickets in and round Tiruvallur city.
