Farook> A pupil drowned whereas bathing along with his mates in a pool close to Rahman Bazaar in Kolathara.
The deceased has been recognized as Sangeeth, 15, son of Rahman Bazar Poovvangal Satish Kumar and Sindhu. He was a category X pupil of Cheruvannur Govt. Vocational Larger Secondary College.
The incident happened round 1.30 pm on Thursday. Mates cried after they noticed Sangeeth, who didn’t know find out how to swim, drowning within the pool. Listening to this, the locals rushed him to the shore and rushed him to a non-public hospital in Cheruvannur however couldn’t save him.
