Kozhikode District Collector inaugurated the MCF at Thikodi on Saturday. UDF members stayed away from the inaugural programme. Though the UDF had earlier introduced that the MCF wouldn’t be allowed to function as a part of the waste administration, the profitable inauguration was a significant blow to the UDF.
