Kolkata: An indignant man threatened to shoot him when he was caught by a visitors sergeant for using a motorcycle and not using a helmet. The police arrested the accused after the sergeant was threatened with homicide. The incident is of Budoshivatla space underneath Behala police station. The identify of the accused is Babu Pandit (39). He’s a resident of Motilal Gupta Street, Haridevpur.
