Tokyo Paralympics 2021: Aruna Tanwar becomes India’s first Taekwondo player to qualify for Tokyo Paralympics

Sports Desk. India’s Taekwondo player Aruna Tanwar has created history in the Taekwondo event at the Tokyo Paralympics. She will be the first athlete to represent India in Taekwondo at the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics. Aruna has been given entry through wild card. Aruna hails from Bhiwani district of Haryana. Aruna is handicapped. His hands and fingers of his hands are very small. However, Aruna never considered herself to be a disabled person. She believes in living life her own way with enthusiasm and enthusiasm.

According to ANI news agency, Taekwondo Federation of India President Namdev Shirgaonkar said that Aruna got entry through wild card because of her excellent performance. She will be the first Taekwondo player from India to qualify for the Paralympics.
