Railways will resume the sale of season tickets, which were suspended due to the Kovid expansion, from Monday. Season tickets were issued following the approval of the Election Commission. Season tickets can only be used on unreserved trains and its routes currently in service. Season tickets will be issued on such trains as more unreserved trains are allowed. Season tickets can be used on MEMU trains and Punalur-Guruvayur-Punalur Express which were issued last day.
MEMU service on Kollam-Alappuzha, Alappuzha-Ernakulam and Ernakulam-Shornur routes will start from Monday. 06327/06328 Punalur – Guruvayur – Punalur train will start its service on the 17th. Train No. 06328 Guruvayur-Punalur Daily Express will leave Guruvayur at 5.45 am and 06327 Punalur-Guruvayur at 6.25 pm respectively.
