Bengaluru> The nineteenth gate of Tungabhadra Dam in Karnataka has collapsed. It’s reported that the gate was damaged attributable to a damaged chain this morning. 35,000 cusecs of water flowed from the dam. Particular alert has been issued in 4 districts. Vigilance has been issued in Bellary, Vijayanagara, Koppal and Raichur districts.
