UP: Convicted of raping a minor, sentenced to 15 years

Banda (UP): A district courtroom has sentenced an individual to 15 years imprisonment and a high-quality of 50,000 rupees whereas holding a minor responsible of raping a minor.

Assistant District Advocate (ADGC) Ramsuphal Singh stated on Tuesday, the Extra District and Classes Decide’s Courtroom after listening to the arguments of the advocates of each the events, convicted Chhotkwa alias Tirath Chaturvedi (30) by holding a 15-year-old teenager hostage in a tube properly. However was discovered responsible of raping her for 4 days. The courtroom sentenced him to 15 years imprisonment and a high-quality of Rs 50,000.
