Beneath the Chief Minister Gram Sadak Yojana, a street is being constructed in Baligarh Panchayat of Ramkanda block of Garhwa district of Jharkhand at a price of about 9 crores. Vishnu Singh is the sensor of the street being constructed from Gobardaha major street to Homia by way of Kushwar, Tetardih. The street development is being performed arbitrarily by them and substandard materials is getting used. In protest towards this, villagers of 4 villages held a gathering in Kushwar village on Saturday and warned of agitation.
