Vijaykanth No More | DMK Chief and actor Vijaykant is no more, died due to Corona infection. (News8Plus)

Chennai, Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam (DMDK) founder and fashionable yesteryear Tamil actor Vijaykant died in a hospital in Chennai on Thursday. His age was about 71 years.

“Vijayakanth was admitted for treatment of pneumonia and was on ventilator support since then,” Madras Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology (MIOT) Worldwide mentioned in a press launch. Regardless of the efforts of medical personnel, he died on the morning of 28 December 2023.”

Earlier, the social gathering had mentioned in a launch that Corona virus an infection has been confirmed in Vijaykant and he has been placed on ventilator as a consequence of problem in respiration. Vijayakanth was unwell for a very long time and his spouse Premlata took cost of the social gathering just some days in the past.
