On 29 December, Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra Camp was organized in Panchayat Halka Partapur underneath the chairmanship of Councilor Kunjang Lundup. Councilor Kunjang Lundup distributed chargeable bulbs to the villagers of Partapur. Heads of departments of Partapur Panchayat, PRIs, banks and native public participated on this program.
