A laborer in Bihar's Rajauli took an uncommon step after being bitten by a snake. As quickly because the snake bit him, he bit the snake in response, killing it. Santosh Lohar, a laborer from Jharkhand engaged on a railway mission in Rajauli, was sleeping in his camp on Tuesday evening when a toxic snake bit him. Santosh instantly bought offended and caught the snake with an iron rod and bit it thrice, killing it.

When Santosh was requested about his uncommon behaviour, he informed India In the present day, "There is a belief in my village that if a snake bites you, you should bite it twice to neutralise the poison."

After the incident, railway officers instantly rushed Santosh to a close-by hospital for remedy. Many locals speculated that the snake will need to have been non-venomous, as a venomous chew would have severely endangered Santosh's life.
