A former Australian soldier was arrested within the state of New South Wales (NSW) on Monday on fees of committing struggle crimes whereas serving in Afghanistan.
Following a joint operation by Australia’s Workplace of Particular Investigators (OSI) and the Australian Federal Police (AFP), the 41-year-old man was charged with struggle crime homicide below subsection 268.70 (1) of the Prison Code Act 1995, Xinhua information company reported. A case can be registered.
Police stated the person was arrested in regional NSW on Monday morning. He’s now anticipated to seem in an area courtroom.
