Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday termed Maharashtra's opposition alliance 'Maha Vikas Aghadi' (MVA) as a 'nice clumsy' throughout an election rally in Washim in Vidarbha area. He gave a message of unity by quoting Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and repeated his well-known 'Baatie Mat' slogan.
Yogi stated, "Taking inspiration from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, I appeal to you not to divide among yourselves (don't talk), because when we were divided, we had to face destruction." He stated that the wrestle of seventeenth century Maratha ruler Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was for the self-respect and satisfaction of the nation.
BJP's star campaigner Yogi Adityanath appealed to vote for the grand alliance (BJP, Shiv Sena, and NCP) and known as for defeating the 'clumsy' alliance. He stated, "I call all those who do not care about the values and principles of the country, religion, nationality, society and nation as idiots. This very clumsy alliance is doing the same thing."
It’s noteworthy that the Mahayuti alliance contains BJP, Shiv Sena and NCP, whereas the opposition Mahavikas Aghadi contains Congress, Shiv Sena (UBT) and NCP (SP).
The Chief Minister additionally held rallies in Jharkhand on the very first day. Elections to the 288-member Maharashtra Meeting can be held on November 20 and counting of votes can be held on November 23. Elections in Jharkhand can be held in two phases on 13 and 20 November.
Whereas praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Yogi Adityanath talked about the development of Ram temple in Ayodhya. He stated, "When the grand temple of Ramlala was being built in Ayodhya, Prime Minister Modi had said that this is just the beginning… After Ayodhya, we are now moving towards Kashi and Mathura."
